CAN I SWIM OR WORK OUT WITH MY AMAURA JEWELRY?
Amaura jewelry is made of stainless steel with durable 18K gold or silver plating and is designed to be water resistant.
You can safely wear them during daily activities, such as bathing, exercising and washing hands, without them losing color or shine.
However, to maintain the natural shine, it is recommended to avoid prolonged contact with seawater and alcohol-based products such as perfumes, creams and cleaning agents.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Denmark.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days in Denmark and up to 7 business days within Europe.
If you order before 12 noon (UTC +1) on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
We offer a 90-day return policy on online purchases because we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Amaura. When returning, a return fee of DKK 29 will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us via chat or email and we will help you as soon as possible.
An order can be changed or canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped or locked in our system.
If your order is already being shipped, you can instead refuse the package upon delivery or return it when you receive it.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED/DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us via email at amaura.net@gmail.com and attach a picture of the item as well as your order number.
We will of course make sure to find the best solution for you – either an exchange or a refund.
